StaticTek accepts payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and by Purchase Order.
All credit cards are handled through our secure gateway. Your credit card number and personal information is secure.
Customers who have established an account on a PO bias may use a purchase order number to place a order at StaticTek. Customers who use purchase orders are required to send a copy of the purchase order by either email or fax to info@statictek.com or fax to 1-877-471-1575. If you are a new customer, you may reference a purchase order number, place your order and we will contact you to set up your account.
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Place order” button.

We will authorize your credit card at the time the order is placed, and process your credit card when the order is shipped. Your order may be delayed in the event the card is not authorized or if a copy of the purchase order is not received in our office. Purchase orders may be emailed to info@statictek.com or fax to 1-877-471-1575.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.


Generally orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed. If you require same day or overnight shipping, please contact us at info@statictek.com We will do our best to get your order processed and shipped the same day, typically orders need to be received by 9:00 AM PST for same day shipping. In some cases the product will ship from Eastern Standard Time locations that may affect the shipping deadline. All packages will be sent via UPS. When shipping international, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. All orders are sent via UPS Ground, unless noted otherwise. Please notify StaticTek in the comment box of your order if expedited delivery or same day shipping is preferred.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through the StaticTek login, please make a note of this in the shopping cart comments. If the statictek.com customer login and PayPal or credit card addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, StaticTek will send the order to the address provided through the StaticTek login.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to factory policy at this time there is a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns. StaticTek cannot accept refunds or exchanges without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please email info@statictek.com to request a Return Authorization. Return shipping to be paid by purchaser.

Items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $500 must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. Products that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns.

If you have trouble with your StaticTek product after the return timeline has passed, please Contact Us. We’ll be happy to help you in any way we can, such as replacing the item under the manufacturer’s warranty.
