ACL’s Restorer Cleaner is a specialized anti-static cleaner that
will stretch the maintenance cycle of ACL Staticide® dissipative
floor finishes by restoring gloss and revitalizing the protective
properties of the coating.
Neutral cleaners that are safe for most floor polishes can often
harm ESD-safe finishes by introducing contaminants and abrasive ingredients. 4100 Restorer Cleaner will lift dirt and
reestablish shine in problem areas that are prone to wear by
heavy traffic. In addition, this unique concentrated formula
contains special conductive additives that simultaneously
break down electrical discharge, lower resistivity, and return
floors to safe specifications.
Whether used as a spot-cleaner or as a detergent for full floor
maintenance, including Restorer Cleaner as part of the Staticide® dissipative floor finish maintenance plan can save companies money by successfully prolonging cleaning and strip
cycles. Available as a concentrate, this cost-effective solution
is suitable for mops, auto-scrubbers, and standard burnishing
Dilution ratio: 1:10 (1 part cleaner to 10 parts water)
Coverage: 1,000 – 1,500 square feet per gallon
Surface resistivity: 107 – 109 ohms per square @ 100 volts
Less than 1% VOC
No ammonia, phosphates, alkali, acids, or formaldehyde
Directions: Sweep floor with untreated, dry mop. Dilute Restorer Cleaner 10:1 (10 parts water to 1 part concentrate). Using a clean rayon mop, apply a thin coat of mixed solution to the floor by fully saturating mop and then wringing out excess cleaner, so that the floor is not over saturated with moisture. Remove soiled solution. Allow floor to dry one hour before resuming traffic. For auto scrubbers, gently scrub diluted solution with clean polishing pad (white).
Use 1,500 – 2,000 RPM with light pressure setting to prevent removal of finish.
Check resistivity and apply a second treatment if necessary. Consult floor finish application procedure for details and precise instructions.
